No. An enquiry submitted to your profile goes to you and nobody else. We don't syndicate to lead aggregators and we don't resell contact details. It's the core of how this works — if we did, the listing would be worth no more than any other lead source.
Priority placement is included on higher plans and is labelled where it appears. What you can't buy is a better rating, the removal of a genuine review, or presentation as an editorial recommendation. That line matters more to us than the revenue.
Your profile and your reviews belong to you, not to your company. Update your employer in the dashboard and everything carries across. This is one of the most common reasons officers list with us.
We check your NMLS ID against the public registry at signup and re-check periodically. If a licence lapses or is suspended, the badge is removed and the profile may be paused until it's resolved.
You do. Your bio, your claims, and your communications are your responsibility, including advertising rules, trigger terms, and state disclosures. We provide the required NMLS display fields and flag obvious issues, but we're not your compliance department.
Any time, no notice period. Your profile is unpublished at the end of the billing period and your reviews are preserved in case you come back.
